There are times that I feel that all the things i need to accomplish in my day
would take 150% of the time and energy that I actually have available.
It’s all too much.
I am far from being lazy, and my time management skills are better than average.
I am a goal setter – absolutely committed to bringing about massive, positive change for my partner and me.
For the last 12 months I have been getting up early (4:30AM early), course work, writing, yoga, gym , holding down a pretty intense 9 – 5 (9 – 6, and often 7) and trying to squeeze in a bit more before bed.
2 months ago i took a well earned holiday, was truly relaxed and in the second week I finally succumbed to the exhaustion that had been masked by the adrenalin and excitement that had been powering me for so long.
This year i want to accomplish even more than last year. But I have run out of free time, and in fact I need to increase the amount of time I sleep. There is no way that I can be more efficient, so I only have one option.
I am giving up!
And when I tell you why, I think YOU will want to give up too!
